RMIT University in Australia is aware of the current lack of skills in cybersecurity and blockchain and is bringing two new degree programs in these areas.

New postgraduate programs will enable students to acquire the necessary technological skills, new specializations and after can consequently increase the supply of labor.

RMIT Online CEO Helen Souness said:

The unpredictable nature of our current environment requires us to strengthen and accelerate our understanding of the digital landscape.

Cybersecurity and blockchain technologies are emerging as business-critical skills and we are delivering the training that provides those skills in our workforce.

The Graduate Certificate in CyberSecurity and the Graduate Certificate in Blockchain-Enabled Business will be fully supported and in collaboration with major companies such as IBM, Palo Alto Networks and Stone & Chalk.
