Belarus wants to legalize cryptocurrencies

Belarus president, Alexander Lukashenko, wants to make his country more lucrative for foreign investors, who see cheap electricity and a favorable environment for bitcoin and altcoin mining. After legalization and government approval of CCs and ICOs, we can expect to increase the flow of foreign capital into the country.
