China has launched a “Blockchain Test Zone”

According to the report from Chinese People.cn, China has launched “Blockchain Test Zone”, Free Trade Zone on Hainan island. Several big  companies and institutions were been invited to this project including Oxford University, the People’s University of China, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Also one of the biggest crypto exchanges Huobi has moving its headquarter from Beijing to Hainan.
