Circle today introduced USD Coin (USDC)

US based crypto finance company Circle founded in 2013 today introduced their new product USD Coin. USDC is stablecoin, dollar-pegged token which is using Ethereum ERC-20 standard. This token will be available on Poloniex, the exchange Circle acquired earlier this year, Huobi, OKEx, DigiFinex, CoinEx, KuCoin, Coinplug and XDAEX. Circle is joining crypto exchanges Paxos and Gemini, startups Carbon and Havven, and even corporate giant IBM which have all announced release dollar-pegged tokens in recent months.
