According to information from trustnodes, the Ethereum 2.0 testnet crashed on Friday and as a result there are four or five major forks on the network.

Friday’s time related bug on the network was supposed to overthrow the Prysm client, which is used by most validators, and unexpected changes occurred as a result. This error primarily caused the interruption of Prysm nodes and the entire network, subsequently appeared four or five major forks.

Ethereum 2.0 testnet was officially launched on August 4 and duration is estimated at 3 months with an end date of November 5th.
