• Ethereum Node tracker revealed Japan’s shift by two places in the table of countries with the highest number of ETH nodes when it surpassed Canada and the Netherlands this month.

We have only recently brought you detailed statistics tracking the distribution of Ethereum nodes by country, thanks to which we also learned that almost 60% of all ETH nodes are controlled by countries such as the US and Germany.

After a few weeks, however, we noticed a significant shift for one country, which is Japan. In less than three weeks, Japan managed to move two places up and thus reached the Top 5 countries with the highest number of ETH nodes.

As you can see in the chart above, Japan recorded a daily increase of 8.29% with 196 nodes found. In terms of US domination, it has increased its share from 36.92% to 37.72% since our last update, Germany has increased its share by 0.63% and third France by 0.37%. Singapore, which is in fourth place, also grew slightly by 0.17%.

Statistics monitoring all Ethereum nodes show an increase of 2.81% in the last 24 hours, but also a decrease of 9.94% in the last 30 days.
