ARAX devised a plan that will save operational costs, increase revenue, and create a more transparent and forward-thinking infrastructure in Tuzla. The main components of their plan are:
Intelligent Street Lights - ARAX will introduce and install DePIN, blockchain-based street lights that will improve community involvement, resource management, resident-government transparency, and energy optimization.
Decentralized Connectivity – By combining its decentralized Luna Mesh network with intelligent streetlights, ARAX will offer internetless communication via robust connectivity between IoT nodes.
Utility Meter Management – The streetlights will come equipped with utility meter readers that will provide tamper-proof documentation of utility usage stored on the Core Blockchain.
Renewable Energy Management – Each streetlight will include vertical-axis wind turbines, solar panels, wind controllers, hybrid inverters, energy storage batteries, and a backup connection to the electricity grid.
Decentralized Data Storage – All Tuzla-related data will be securely stored on the Core Blockchain using decentralized nodes. This move cuts storage costs and enhances data storage and security.

According to their joint proposition, ARAX and the municipality of Tuzla expect the project to be carried out in 3 phases, and the first stage of planning and assessment is already underway.
