Ninetowns (Nasdaq: NINE) has recently joined the Chinese companies, which have not been discouraged by the decision of the Council of State and are relocating their activities to another country.

The official announcement states that Ninetowns has signed an agreement to buy shares in the North American company Montcrypto. The goal is to build crypto mining farms in the state of Canada, specifically in the city of Calgary and the provinces of Alberta.

However, these are not ordinary mining farms, in this case, the greenness and the reduction of carbon emissions and thus achieving carbon neutrality come first.

According to preliminary estimates, this neutral crypto mine should have a 20MW power infrastructure with an estimated number of 6,000 Bitmain Antminer S19j mining machines.

Ninetowns is already the third Chinese company after BTC.TOP or BIT Mining Limited, which have decided to change the region after recent strict measures against BTC and mining.
