Just a few days ago, we wrote about Visa’s positive attitude towards cryptocurrencies, and today we have bigger news here.

Alfred Kelly presented a new business strategy on cryptocurrencies in a recent interview, and we don’t seem to have to wait long, and Visa is already presenting a concrete program.

According to Forbes, Visa  announced that it planned to assist banks with cryptocurrency business services through the Visa crypto software program.

The program is expected to be launched later this year, and the first adept to pilot the API will be Kansas-based Digital Bank, First Boulevard.

As for Visa’s new crypto route, it is more than clear that it comes from top management when only in a recent interview did the CEO say that the company considers Bitcoin to be digital gold and stablecoins “an emerging payments innovation that could have the potential to be used for global commerce.”
