Estonia is becoming a real pioneer in the field of Blockchain, as evidenced by the upload of Bitcoin whitepaper on a domain of the government.
The Republic of Estonia stated on its E-Residency portal:
We are happy to preserve the original Bitcoin whitepaper here on our website as a source of inspiration for future innovators looking to understand how to use blockchain technology in support of facilitating cross-border business and other applications.
It is also clear from the information that this is the first time that Bitcoin whitepaper has been published on government websites.
As for Estonia, this is the first country to come up with an e-Residency project. Thanks to this project, the country will offer you an electronic stay, a government-approved digital identity and also a status that will allow you to access Estonia’s transparent digital business environment.
