According to Arcane Research and Dune Analytics, Ethereum network is experiencing a record period in the amount deployed of smart contracts, exceeding the previous record from October 2019 by up to 75%.
The data show that almost 2 million smart contracts were successfully deployed on the ethereum network in March.
The last 12 months was only one month which records the Millions amount of deployed smart contracts and it was October 2019 with the number of 1.1 million. As for the value of dollars in ETH that had to be spent on the deployment of contracts in March, $ 11,000 was needed, which is a much lower value compared to the peak and the amount of $ 34,138 from June 2019.
One of the factors that helped increase the deployment of smart contracts is the fact that more and more users are interested in DeFi and are looking for solutions with this decentralized technology.
